Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
