Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Sable Financial Group is a financial-services company in Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
