Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pike Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
