Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Haven Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
