Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
