Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
