Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
