Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Haven Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
