Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Partners is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 633 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
