Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Honolulu design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
