Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
