Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
