Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Amber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
