Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Foods produces packaged foods at its Oakland plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
