Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
