Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Corner Construction is a Albuquerque contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
