Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
