Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
