Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
