Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
