Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
