Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
