Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Drift Foods is a Dallas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
