Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Umber Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
