Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
