Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
