Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Madison with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
