Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
