Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Nashville and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
