Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
