Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
