Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Insurance Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
