Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Fern Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
