Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Studio is a transit-planning firm in Portland working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
