Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
