Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Union Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
