Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
