Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Grand Rapids, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
