Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Nashville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
