Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Cedar Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
