Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
