Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Junction Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
