Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
