Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Timber Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
