Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
