Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
