Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Anchorage. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
