What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
