Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Albuquerque, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
