Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
